1. The licence
When you buy Slyve Studio you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the version you bought, and every update released within 12 months of your purchase, for as long as you like. You may use it for personal and commercial work.
The licence is active on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac yourself; the previous Mac stops being licensed. Reasonable limits on how often a licence can be moved may apply to prevent sharing.
2. Updates
Updates released after your 12-month window are not included. The version you have keeps working.
3. The beta
Slyve Studio is in beta. It may have bugs, and features may change or be removed. Keep copies of recordings that matter to you.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment is handled by Polar, the merchant of record, under its own terms. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
5. What you may not do
You may not share, resell or publish licence keys, or remove or bypass the licence check.
6. Your content
What you record is yours. We never receive it.
7. No warranty and liability
Slyve Studio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
