Refund policy

14 days from purchase, no questions asked.
How to ask
Write to support@slyve.studio from the e-mail address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens
- We refund the full amount through Polar, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The licence key is revoked, and the app goes back to unlicensed on your Mac.
After 14 days
If something is broken, write to us anyway; we will try to fix it. Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected.
